Day Detox program designed for Heavy Toxin Exposure. It is a three-part system which includes pre-rid Tablets, dietary fiber and Detox Liquid to make it the complete detox program for effective cleaning.
Instructions:
Pre-Rid Pills
- Day 1: Take three tablets an hour for five hours. (15 tablets total)
- Eat pleanty of high fiber foods and lean protein. Drink plenty of water throughout the day while detoxing.
Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day. - Repeat steps for 6 more days.
Detox Liquid
- On the last day of the program, 2 hours after you complete your last set of pre-rid pills.
- Drink half of the detox liquid with 16 oz of orange juice, distilled or filtered tap water.
- Do not eat or drink any more fluids for two hours.
After two hours, take the remaining half of the detox liquid. - Next, fast for 2 more hours again and after that you are able to eat and drink normally.
Dietary Fiber (this is optional after day 4 of completing the first 2 stages of your Detox.)
- 1 hour before your test, mix the dietary fiber in 8 oz of distilled or filtered tap water.
- Within two minutes, drink the mixture.
- After 15 minutes, drink 16 oz of water. Do not drink more orange juice or water.
- Next, you should urinate 2-3 times within the next hour then you can go take your test.
